My name’s Dylan.

I am a 21M old who recently moved from Gold Coast to Canberra to begin a 2-year APS graduate program.

I am looking for a 6-12 month lease for a room in a share house, but am also open to the idea of teaming with others to secure a 2-3 bedroom property.

My preferred locations are Campbell, Kingston, Barton, Reid, Yarralumla but I'm also open to Braddon and City.

My budget is $250–$350 per week, and I’ll need access to a car park (on-street is absolutely fine).

I live a routined and calm lifestyle and am looking to share with people who are friendly and respectful of personal space. I’m very tidy and considerate around the house. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, hiking and bike riding and catching up with friends.
