Hi, I’m Erin, a friendly, open-hearted and open-minded human (and a Gemini - sorry, not sorry) looking for a comfortable, easygoing share house to call home. I’m 40 (young-at-heart) and I’m moving from the Gold Coast to Hobart in March. I work full‑time in administration at a University (with some work from home days), and in my downtime, I gravitate toward creative, grounding activities. I love pottery and creative hobbies, spending time in nature (hiking, swimming, road trips), and exploring local events. I can’t wait to explore beautiful Tassie! I’m also interested in holistic wellness and currently studying kinesiology (I like a bit of science and a bit of “woo woo” for a bit of balance).
I would love to find a share house that feels like a home that values communication and connection but also respectful of personal space and conscious of boundaries. I tend to view home as a bit of a sanctuary and I like to set my space up to be peaceful and easeful. I’m happy doing my own thing but also enjoy a chat over a cup of tea or coming together occasionally for dinner or an event. I won’t know anyone in Hobart so roommates that are friendly (and know the insider Tassie tips) would be a wonderful bonus. I don’t have pets, but I love animals and I’m happy living with them. My budget and move‑in dates are flexible for the right place. I would ideally love to find somewhere with good natural light and access to a bit of outside space (greenery/yard/deck).
