Cappy

Hi, my name is Cappy. I’m 29 and currently completing my Master of Business while working part time. I’ll be relocating from Sydney to Canberra in early March and am looking for a long-term place to call home.

I’m easygoing, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep common areas tidy and clean up after myself. At home I enjoy quiet evenings watching movies or going for a walk in the park. I don’t smoke and rarely drink.

Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere convenient to the city and Fyshwick due to study and work, but I’m open to nearby areas. If there’s space for a scooter or motorcycle, that would be great.

I value a calm, friendly home environment and would love to live with people who appreciate both social balance and personal space.
