I’m starting to look for a new place anywhere from Southport – Palm Beach and planning to move in the next 1–2 months. I want to find someone to apply for a new place with.

I’ve lived in my current place for 5 years and have a great rental history. I’m only moving because I’m looking for somewhere newer!

I’m currently looking at rentals in the $750–$800 per week range, so ideally somewhere modern, clean and well located.

A little about me:
• I work full time as a Plastic Surgeon Rep, so I’m busy during the week
• In my downtime I love Pilates and going for runs
• I’m very clean and organised and love a calm, aesthetic home
• I have an affectionate fur daughter named Pearl 🐾 so you must genuinely love cats
• I’m social, but I also value downtime and personal space
• I’m also a Type 1 diabetic, so I do need to live with someone trustworthy.

The apartment will be fully furnished as I already have everything - you’ll just need to furnish your own bedroom and bathroom.

I’m looking for:
• Female only
• Someone clean and respectful
• Someone who still enjoys having fun every now and then
• Ideally someone I can actually be friends with, not just strangers sharing a space

Love a wine night and cute dinners, but also a calm space to unwind after work.
