I am a 23yr old woman living in the lower north shore. I've been living out of home since I was 19 and have always paid rent on time. I have extensive rental history and have always been a clean and respectful roommate. I'm super fun and bubbly and chill and always happy to meet new people!!!! Looking on here as my previous rental arrangement has just fallen through so super excited to move in asap. I work as a nurse at Royal North Shore hospital so have a steady, reliable income. I do not have a car so I do not need to worry about a parking space.
