Hi, I'm Nick / Nico, 42, he/him.

I've moved to Melbourne from Canberra to start a Master of Theatre (Dramaturgy), while working part-time as a journalist.

Budget $250–$400/week. Inner north / inner city preferred, but flexible.

I’m an easy-going, good-humoured housemate — I respect space, and am pretty chill day-to-day, but I'm a theatre person, so I enjoy conversation and company.

I'm fully house-trained. I’ve lived solo, in uni accommodation, and in shared flats and lodgings (including overseas), and I’ve also house-sat. Not a bad cook, either (from the basics to the Babylonian!).

Culturally omnivorous; serious about what I do, not necessarily the way I do it.
