Hi, I’m Anna, 40, originally from Germany and currently relocating to Melbourne.

I’m looking for a one-bedroom apartment as a temporary base while I settle into Melbourne before moving into a long-term home of my own.

I’m a very tidy, clean and respectful tenant who values a peaceful and well-maintained home. My days are generally quite full with settling into Melbourne, meetings, appointments and establishing myself here, so I’m rarely at home during the day. Home is a place for me to relax and recharge rather than entertain. I’m not a party person, I don’t smoke, and I take great pride in looking after the places I live.

I always treat a home and everything in it with the same care and respect as if it were my own. I have rent out my own apartment in Munich, so I know exactly how important it is to have someone who respects and cares for a property.

Outside of that, I enjoy running, swimming and hiking, and I’m looking forward to making Melbourne my new home.
