Hey there. My name is Sam, 23M. I am a student at RMIT.

I'm honestly one of the easiest people to live with. I don't drink or smoke, so there are no messy nights in, no lingering smells, and no random people turning up at odd hours. The place stays calm and clean.

I'm pretty introverted, so I genuinely respect privacy, mine and yours. I'm not going to be knocking on your door every five minutes or expecting us to hang out constantly. You'll never feel like you have to perform being social just because we share a space. That said I'm always down for a chat if you feel like it.

Looking for a place which is newly built and should be within walking distance to a railway station. I love nature, so a room with a big window would be nice.
