My name is Jordan and I'm looking for a shared house or granny flat somewhere around the Fremantle area and surrounding suburbs. I'm moving from Adelaide later this month to start a 12-month contract working at the WA Maritime Museum and will have steady employment for the year. So I'm ideally looking for a year long lease.

I'm active and enjoy getting outside frequently, whether that's going on a hike, biking around the city, or going for a snorkel or dive. I enjoy being social with my housemates and friends, though I definitely enjoy relaxing with a book, and do value my own, as well as others privacy. As far as thoughts on cleaning goes, I enjoy keeping a clutter free and clean space, though I don't go overboard with it. I love to cook, so anytime I use the kitchen, you can rest easy that it will be clean afterwards.

I've travelled quite a lot and would love to live with other people who have seen a bit of the world and who enjoy new experiences and keep an open perspective on life. I've also worked off and on as a tradie doing all sorts of work, so am happy to help with house maintenance related things. Also enjoy taking care of a garden if you have one!

Living in shared houses for the last ten years, I really value a drama free environment, so I'm interested in moving into a place where everybody is on the same page with clear communication skills, and makes an effort to get along with each other.
