34-year-old dude who works in the media for a major news brand, so am always up for chatting about current events/news (when I’m not mentally exhausted from a big news day). WFH one day a week on Friday, and occasionally through the week but it’s not often.

Massive music lover. Solid collection of vinyl and a great turntable + speaker setup. I am also a music producer but all that is done at my separate studio. You will rarely find me talking about anything else. Also love heading out to gigs on the weekend.

Really value basic respect for the household eg sharing chores, keeping the space clean and just common sense.

I come with some mid-century furniture but would be keen to acquire more to make the space look cool. Plus a TV, chairs and a few other things.

Not looking to move into somewhere where every weekend we are hosting kick-ons. Occasionally is fine.
