My husband and I are seeking to live in a clean and tidy environment. We value privacy and friendly, respectful interactions with housemates. We do not smoke or own pets, and we do not have dependent children.
We are tidy and always clean up after ourselves. We pay rent and expenses on time. You will not need to remind us of these responsibilities.
My husband has excellent handyman, mechanical, tech and IT skills. He is willing to help with advice, minor repairs and computer issues if this is helpful.
Will consider anywhere in the ACT region.
