Hello ladies,

I work full-time as a Capital Works Manager in the CBD (WFH Fridays), so I keep pretty structured hours during the week. I’m more of a homebody, love watching TV, playing board games or my Nintendo Switch, and reading, but also enjoy cafes and heading out for dinner and a wine. Not a party person at this stage of my life.

I come with a full set of furniture for the common areas (living, dining, etc.), so you’d only need to furnish your bedroom. I also have a very sweet and very fluffy dog Moo. She’s a 6 year old German Spitz with a great temperament and easy to live with.

I’m originally from Darwin and have been in Sydney for over 5 years, living on the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. I’m keen for a change and would love to move to the Eastern Suburbs, ideally within 30 minutes of the CBD.

I’m fairly house proud and value a clean, calm, and well-maintained home, so I’m looking to live with someone on the same page. I’m respectful, communicate openly, and appreciate a space that feels easy and comfortable to come home to.

I’d initially planned to live alone again, but given the current rental market, I’m open to teaming up with the right person to secure a place together.

I’d like to ensure there is space for a small desk for WFH and off-street parking for my car.
