Hey, I’m Matan 👋
I’m 26 and have been living in Sydney for the past year. My current lease is ending, and I’m looking for a place to stay for another month or two before I eventually head up to Brisbane.
I work full-time as a tradie, so I keep pretty regular hours during the week and appreciate a home that’s relaxed and easy to live in. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces… I like things to feel comfortable without being overly strict.
Outside of work, I enjoy getting outdoors… beach days, camping trips, or just catching up with friends. I’m social and easygoing, always happy for a chat, but I also really respect people’s space and need my downtime.
I’m not a party-at-home type, but I do like having the option to have friends over occasionally. I’m considerate with noise and generally keep things low-key. I do smoke, but I’m very respectful about it and always keep it outside and away from others.
I’d say I’m reliable, straightforward, and easy to live with …. the kind of flatmate who pays rent on time, pulls their weight, and keeps things drama-free.
Fair warning though… I’m not exactly a morning person until I’ve had my coffee (or 5)😄
