Hi folks.
I am actually not looking for a full room, just for an outdoor spot in your share house. My teenage son got himself a little sailing dinghy for his birthday, and as we are living in an apartment, I can't park it here where we live. It sits on a little boat trailer and looks neat and inoffensive :-)

Would just need to be able to get to it, typically in the afternoons and on weekends, so he can take it out on the water. Undercover woudl be great but just in a driveway or on the grass would also be fine. So you could make a bit of extra pocket money with this if you have a space for us.
