I am a 37 year old woman, currently 5 months pregnant. I am single, seeking safe and secure home for myself and baby to go.
I am seeking to team up with another single parent to cut the costs of living or find my own studio, granny flat, or two bedroom that could be affordable on my own.
If i were to team up with another parent i can definitely offer help with babysitting at no cost ( what’s one child more sleeping at night ) id most likely be up with a new born anyway… haha.
I would be happy to share a room with Bub as id be nursing anyway. So the other parent could easily take two rooms for theirselves and child.
If i were to find a granny flat or studio of my own id have you know, I am quiet, gentle & kind. Clean, tidy, respectful and courteous. You wouldn’t have to worry about visitors, loud voices or music as it would be just myself and baby.
I study full time during the day ( virtual classes ) and i am in bed by 8:30/9pm. I love gardening and outdoor exploring.
My affordability is quite tight at the moment with only $320- $350 a week available at the moment, however once baby is born i could afford a little more and especially once i start back up at work.
