I’ve rented on my own for years and have always kept things in good order. Inspections with agent have gone smoothly every 6 months and rent’s always been paid on time. I really value a calm, clean space and quiet downtime.
I work part-time as a dental assistant while I study, and I’d love to find a housemate who’s respectful, considerate, tidy, and comfortable communicating openly. I enjoy a friendly chat now and then, but I’m more of a listener, people often say I’m a good one.
I’m hoping for something long-term if we get along well, since moving isn’t exactly my favourite hobby! Outside of work and study, I’m into music, cooking, checking out new food spots, and spending time in museums or galleries. I also have a soft spot for crime shows.
