Jade and Jake

Hi there,

My partner Jake and I are currently looking for a rental in Brisbane as we relocate from the Gold Coast to be closer to family and support my grandmother, whose health has recently declined.

We are a reliable, respectful couple in our early 30s with stable income and strong rental history. I am employed full-time within government in an administrative/customer service role (with flexible work-from-home arrangements), and Jake works as a chef alongside Uber delivery work. We are financially responsible and always prioritise our commitments.

Between us, we have extensive backgrounds in hospitality, business, and customer service, which has naturally shaped us into very clean, organised, and house-proud tenants. We take genuine care of the homes we live in and treat them as if they were our own.

We also have two well-trained dogs (Remi & Luka), who are calm, exercised daily and our babies. We are very mindful of maintaining a clean, damage-free environment and can provide excellent references for both ourselves and our pets.

We are ideally looking for a place to settle long-term and would love the opportunity to find a home we can care for and respect. However as we are relocating up from the Gold Coast we are eager to make the move quickly and open to short term stays as well.

We are flexible with our move in dates as we are hoping to find the perfect fit and more than happy to provide references, pay slips, rental history, and any supporting documents required.
