Hi! My name is Kai, from Taiwan .I’m 28 years old and currently in Brisbane on a working holiday visa. I’ll be starting my studies at ILSC language school soon.

I’m a clean, quiet, and respectful person, and I always keep shared spaces tidy. I have a regular routine with study and live a simple lifestyle. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I value a peaceful and comfortable home environment.

I’m planning to move in from April 5 and stay for around 4 months. I’m reliable with rent and easy to get along with.
