Hi there!
My name is Jimin, but you can also call me Hailey. I am incredibly excited to be moving to Sydney this mid-April! I am relocating from South Korea after recently graduating with a degree in Food and Nutrition.

I am a clean, responsible, and respectful flatmate. Thanks to my background in food science, I have a very high standard for hygiene and organization—I always keep the kitchen and common areas spotless! I’ve lived independently for over 4 years, so I’m very reliable when it comes to managing a household and paying rent on time. (I have enough savings to cover 6 months of rent upfront if needed!)
My Lifestyle & Interests:
I’m a very active and outdoorsy person! I love running and hiking, and I’m always up for exploring new trails or hitting the pavement. I also love traveling and have a keen interest in stocks and the economy.
I’m a big fan of cultural exchange—I love chatting with people from different backgrounds and sharing stories. I’m always down for a friendly chat, a movie night, or heading out for a fun adventure. If you’re ever looking for a buddy to go hiking, running, or exploring with, I’m most definitely down for it!

I value a balance between social life and privacy. I’m looking for a home where we can be friends and hang out, but also respect each other’s personal space and work schedules. Cleanliness is very important to me, so I’m looking for housemates who also value a tidy living environment.
