Ju Ha

An incoming postgraduate student at ANU for the 2026-2027 academic years.

Looking for a long-term home (at least 1 year) with a budget of around 450 AUD per week. A top priority for me is finding a location that is easy to commute to ANU. I would ideally prefer a place within walking or cycling distance to the Acton campus, or one with very convenient and direct public transport access.

My preference is a self-contained studio or a 1-bedroom apartment, but I am also very open to a private room with an ensuite bathroom in a high-quality shared home.

I have a very clean, calm, and quiet personality. As my primary goal in Canberra is to excel in my research and studies, I am looking for a home with a peaceful and warm atmosphere that supports a focused academic lifestyle. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and I take great pride in keeping my living space pristine and well-organized.

I have no gender preference for housemates and am a respectful individual who values personal space while being friendly and considerate.
