Karis and Warren

we are currently looking for a place and moving from Perth for an exciting business opportunity. I (karis) work as a personal trainer, PA and online coach, so I live a pretty active and structured lifestyle. My routine usually includes training, working with clients, creating content, and staying consistent with my own health and fitness.

My partner is an Electrician and is always working on the next business opportunity as well.

Outside of work, we both love simple things like beach walks, coffee dates, getting outdoors and we are super into our training. We enjoy being social and love meeting new people, but also value my own downtime to recharge.

We are super clean, respectful, and easy to live with, value a calm, positive home environment and always make an effort to keep shared spaces tidy and be considerate of others.

We are young but people are always shocked at our ages, so ideally looking for people older or simular to us.

We are looking for house mates, ideally another couple, who are like minded, who are easygoing, social, and enjoy a relaxed, respectful household.
