I’m currently looking to team up with someone to rent a place together around late May to early June.
I’m working full-time at the moment and studying , so I have a pretty structured routine and value a calm, clean and respectful home environment. I’m easygoing, independent and enjoy having my own space, but I’m also happy to chat here and there.
I’m looking for someone who is reliable, tidy and has a stable income, so we can both feel comfortable and not stressed about bills. I’m open to areas like Footscray, Preston, Reservoir, Coburg and surrounding suburbs, but flexible for the right place.
Ideally looking to create a place that feels peaceful, comfortable and well-maintained rather than just somewhere to stay.
