Hi! I’m a 26-year-old from Portugal and I’ll be moving to Perth at the end of June to start my Master’s as an international student. I’m currently looking for a room to rent in advance while I’m still in Portugal.

I’m a clean, respectful, and easygoing housemate who values a calm and friendly home environment. I don’t drink or smoke and I like to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I regularly work out and love being outdoors.

I love meeting new people and having a chat but I’m also very happy doing my own thing and having quiet time. I’m mindful of shared spaces and others’ routines.

I’m looking for a place that feels like home, clean, friendly, with good energy and easy access to public transport. My budget is $250–$350 per week (bills included).

I’ve lived in Australia before on a WHV and can provide references if needed.
