I’m 28F, working full time, and happiest when I’m baking something new, getting in a swim, or deep in a book. I am currently in New Lambton and looking to stay within 10 minutes of here.

I WFH roughly twice a week, so ideally I’d like a room with space for a desk though I’m flexible and can set up in the living area/shared spaces if it doesn’t disrupt anyone.

I like a home that is clean and tidy, and I am someone who enjoys a balance of alone time and housemate hangs (bonus points if you like tea). My boyfriend comes up from Sydney on some weekends, and I head down there on others, so being near the Sydney train line would be ideal 😊

My preferred move in date is early June but I am flexible and could come late May.
