Taebin

Hi there! I’m Taebin, a 20-something university student from South Korea.

I will be studying English at ILSC Sydney and am looking for a lovely, modern apartment to call home. I am highly organized, exceptionally clean, and very respectful of others' privacy and personal space.

📍 Preferred Locations:
Town Hall, Darlinghurst, Paddington, Central, Pyrmont, Surry Hills, Ultimo, Circular Quay, Wynyard, Redfern, Museum, and Kings Cross.

🛏️ Room Preference:
I'm totally open to sharing a room! As long as I can make a great friend and build a close bond with my roommate, I’d love to share. I’m very easygoing and sociable.

✈️ Arrival & Inspection Note:
I am arriving in Sydney on July 8th! I will be available for property inspections from the very afternoon of July 8th onwards.

🚲 Commute:
I am planning to commute using an e-bike, so a building with secure bike storage (or a place where I can safely keep it) would be a huge plus!

🏠 About me as a flatmate:

Non-smoker & No pets.

Always pay rent and bills strictly on time.

Love a clean kitchen and tidy common areas.

In my free time, I love exploring local cafes, taking photos of nice views, and staying active. I enjoy a casual chat or a coffee with flatmates, but I also value quiet time to unwind after a busy day.
