Looking for a place to stay! Happy to search with another person and share the rent:)

Hi everyone! I’m Rhianna (18 almost 19) and i’m currently on the hunt to find a place to stay as I have decided to finally move out of a rough mentally abusive household after finding a stable job. I am going to uni next year and I’m currently working 3-4 days a week but will be looking to work more. I do have an indoor cat who is very well behaved, which is being looked after by a trusted friend but can’t be there for much longer so he will need to be with me. I had to move my cat out of the home due to numerous threats made by my parents (threatening to kill my cat😃) so I had to take him out of there for his safety.

I’m happy to look for places with someone and share the rent! (for example; $600 place, $300 each)

Since I have recently started this new job I haven’t saved a lot of money yet as I’ve had to spend the majority on necessities for myself and my cat.

I’m an extremely clean person as I do have OCD. I’m friendly and quiet. I’m respectful and will treat your place with the same courtesy like it’s my own.

I’m looking to find a place to move in within 2-3 weeks.

My budget is $250-$375 (including bills)

I work in Albany Creek so preferably I’d like to find a place near there just for it to be easier for me to go to work as I do work very early. (It is not a must, just convenient) or the city!

I do have a partner, who is also extremely respectful. He has his own accommodation but will want to visit from time to time to see my cat as we bought it together. He is also a quiet person who works a lot and attends university.
