I’m 29, originally from the Sunshine Coast, and currently working in Brisbane as a first-year plumbing apprentice. I’ve been living in Wakerley for the past few months and am now looking for something closer to the city.

Before moving here, I spent around 5 years doing ski seasons in Canada and Japan, so I’m very comfortable with shared living and getting along with different people.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing. Outside of work I’m into mountain biking, surfing, skating, hiking—pretty much anything outdoors. It’d be great to live in a place where people are up for a Friday arvo hangout, but I still keep things pretty low-key during the week. I’ve realised I’m not really suited to the super quiet house-share where everyone stays in their rooms all the time 😅 I’m also a non-smoker.

I’m ideally looking for a 6-month lease. As I’m studying as part of my apprenticeship, I’m eligible for government rent assistance
