Lia and Romain

Hi we are Lia and Romain.
Lia is a Korean Registered Nurse working full-time in Sydney and currently preparing for Australian Permanent Residency. Romain is 26, French, and works as a Senior VFX Compositor with 5+ years of experience. He is on a 408 visa with a secure contract through 2028.
We’re a professional couple looking for a long-term home and are happy to stay beyond the minimum lease period. We’ve spent the past year living on Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills, in a similar apartment building. Romain was the principal tenant through a real estate agency, and we can provide rental references, payment history, and employment verification.
We’re moving only because our current apartment has been sold.
Both of us work full-time, have stable incomes, are non-smokers, quiet, respectful, and very clean. We enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and relaxed weekends at cafés. As a nurse, I take pride in keeping a home clean and well maintained.
On weekends I’m usually out exploring Sydney’s food scene, catching NRL games, or working on side projects. I’m sociable but not party-heavy, happy to share a drink and a chat, but we also value a calm home environment.
