I'm 26, French, and work as a Senior VFX Compositor with 5+ years of experience. I'm on a 408 visa with a secure contract through 2028.
I'm a professional looking for a long-term home and I'm happy to stay well beyond the minimum lease period. I've spent the past year living on Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills, in a similar apartment building, where I was the principal tenant through a real estate agency. I can provide rental references, payment history and employment verification. I'm only moving because the apartment has been sold.
I work full-time, have a stable income, and I'm a non-smoker, quiet, respectful and very clean. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and relaxed weekends at cafés.
On weekends I'm usually out exploring Sydney's food scene, catching NRL games, or working on side projects. I'm sociable but not party-heavy — happy to share a drink and a chat, but I also value a calm home environment.
