I’m Daniel — working full-time Mon–Fri and currently living in McMahons Point. I’m looking to team up with someone to find a place together and save some $$.

I’m pretty chill, clean, respectful, and like a home that actually feels comfortable to live in rather than just somewhere to sleep. Usually up early for gym or dog walks, so I’m a bit of a nana at night, but always up for a wine and a chat to unwind.

I come with furniture & appliances if needed, some plants… and a dog. Her name’s Nala, she’s a rescue, and she genuinely loves everyone she meets. I don’t expect anyone to look after her, but you’d definitely need to be comfortable around dogs because she’s a big part of my life. She mostly wants affection, snacks, and to be involved in absolutely everything.

Not into party-house vibes, but definitely social and happy to have friends around. Looking for someone similar who’s easy to live with and keen to create a good home environment together.

I need to move by mid July but have started inspections, as I can move at any time and quite happy to move ASAP.
