Jie Ying

My name is Jie Ying, or you can call me Chloe! I'm from Malaysia, and I’ll be starting my Master of Commerce at the University of Sydney this coming August.

Before pursuing postgraduate, I used to work for 3 years as a Management Consultant in one of the Big 4. Outside of work/study, I enjoy going to the gym, running, swimming, hiking, spending time in nature, and even sunbathing when the weather is nice.

I’m a person who practices personal and environmental hygiene, as well as respecting one's boundaries. Back home, I clean my 2-storey terrace house once a week, so I’m used to keeping shared spaces neat and comfortable. I also do not smoke and have never partied (like in a club) before. Occasional/social drink is fine, I enjoy whiskey a lot! I cook occasionally, mostly meal prep for fitness purposes, but I also enjoy experimenting with new recipes from time to time.

I would consider myself as an introvert, but I'm open to connect with new people in a new country! I'm looking for an easygoing and clean flatmate to share a 2-3 bedroom house.
