Yuchan

Hi, my name is Yuchan. I’m 24 and from South Korea. I’ll be arriving in Sydney on 21 July and would like to inspect the room in person before making a decision or moving in.

I’m looking for a private room in a shared house or apartment, with a budget of up to $500 per week, though something cheaper would be ideal. I’m happy to share the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas, but I’m looking for my own bedroom.

I won’t own a car, so I would prefer a place that is close to a train or a metro station. It would also be ideal if there is a supermarket nearby for groceries and daily essentials.

I’ll be studying at The University of Sydney starting this August for 2 years. I’m clean, respectful, easy to live with, and a non-smoker. I keep shared areas tidy after using them, respect other people’s privacy and space, and follow house rules properly.

I get along well with people from different backgrounds and speak English, Korean, and Spanish fluently. Looking for a comfortable, respectful, and tidy home environment.
