Hi everyone!

My name is Sofia, and I’m a student currently preparing to graduate and transition into a full-time job. I’m looking for a private room around Sydney CBD, walking distance to cbd is fine(Ultimo, Pyrmont, Haymarket, Chippendale, Darling harbour, Surry hills, Darlinghurst) to call home.

A bit about me:
I’ve lived in a Spanish-speaking country before, so I speak Spanish and absolutely love exploring different cultures! I'm open-minded, easygoing, and always bring positive energy.

I both love socializing and having a good laugh, but I am also non-smoker who is tidy, responsible, and respectful of personal space. I prefer a clean, organized, and relaxing home environment. While I am not a big party animal, I am both very social and love to cook!

What I’m looking for:
• Room type: Private room
• Move-in date: Before August 24th
• Stay duration: 6 months (long-term preferred)
• Budget: Up to $350/week (included bills preferred)
