Hi, I'm Benoit. I'm 32yo.

I run my own IT consultancy which provides managed services and project support for businesses. Half of my work is done on site with clients so I’m out a part the day. At home I spend couple hours typing up documents but I don’t have meetings in the house.

I spend my downtime time ice skating, rock climbing, going out with friends, practicing magic, cooking and keeping fit

I'm looking for a short term rental with the possibility to extend it.

I would like to live in a relaxed house where the parties happen elsewhere. When i'm home I'll usually be in my room working for my job and on my hobbies, or in the kitchen cooking.

I don't smoke or use drugs. No judgement if that's your thing but I'd prefer not to live with those who do either.

• Easy street parking or off street parking
• Quiet private (not sharing with anyone else) bedroom.
• Fully furnished. I won't be bringing any furniture with me. I will need a bed.
