Ben

Hey! I’m Ben, 21, currently working full-time in construction while studying Construction Management at uni. I’m looking for a room in a share house around the Eastern Suburbs from August 1st, ideally around the $400/week mark.

I play footy for the Coogee Dolphins and am pretty active. I’m easygoing, respectful, clean and pretty settled into a routine during the week. Always happy to have a beer or hang out, but I’m not into bringing chaos home.

I’d also be moving in with my dog Lucky, an American Staffy. He’s super friendly, very well behaved and fully house trained. He’s great around people, loves being out and about, and mostly just chills when he’s inside. I’m very conscious about keeping shared spaces clean and making sure he’s never an issue for anyone in the house.

Looking for a good group of people and a place that feels comfortable and social while still respecting everyone’s space.
