Hi, I’m Holly! I am looking for a room/studio/granny flat somewhere within a 20-minute drive to Virginia & surrounds for a year minimum. I won’t be moving in until the end of June but am happy to start paying rent immediately. My budget is $500/week.

About me: I am 28 and work full time in emergency services. On my days off I like to sleep, catch up with friends & enjoy anything to do with swimming & being outdoors in nature. I have lived in share houses previously so I am used to keeping common areas clean and tidy. I am very quiet and respectful at home. I do not smoke.

About Millie: She is a 3-year-old chihuahua. She does not identify with other chihuahuas in that she does not yap at all and is not typically homicidal. Millie enjoys napping, beef jerky and is a hardcore cuddle addict. She is fully toilet trained and very well behaved. She is cat friendly but a bit afraid of other dogs. She would be able to get used to another dog who has a calm temperament.

Who I am looking for: Ideally someone who would enjoy the company of Millie, as she will definitely want yours when I am at work. Someone who likes to keep common areas clean. I’m not too fussed on how social you are, I’d love to be friends but also happy to keep to myself. LGBTQIA+ friendly, don’t mind if you smoke. I would however not be open to living with children in the same house, but happy to have children on the property
