Hi everyone 👋

I’m relocating to Hobart for further study and looking for a long-term room in Sandy Bay / West Hobart / North Hobart / South Hobart, ideally from mid-June.

I’m in my early 30s, quiet, tidy, considerate, and easygoing. I highly value a clean, respectful, and relaxed living environment, and would love to find a comfortable long-term fit with stable housemates rather than a party house. I always pay rent on time and can provide a reference from my current landlord, where I’ve happily stayed for the past 1.5 years.

Outside of study and work, I enjoy a lowkey lifestyle, outdoor walks/runs, and café hopping. I mostly keep to myself but also enjoy a good chat and the occasional shared meal or activity ☺️

Ideally I’m looking for a calm household with no more than 4 people. I also have a car, so a parking spot would be a bonus.

**A cat-free home is essential for me**, and I’m comfortable with low-shedding dogs.
