Hi! I’m a 36-year-old young professional from Italy, recently arrived in Brisbane on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful flatshare for an initial stay of 2–3 months, with the potential to extend. - Room type: A furnished private room with my own private bathroom.
- Budget & Bills: Around $320–$350/wk, strictly with all bills/utilities included.
- Move-in date: Around June 10th (my current accommodation is booked until then).
- Preferred Areas: CBD, Kangaroo Point, Fortitude Valley, New Farm, Teneriffe, Woolloongabba, Spring Hill, or Paddington.
