Hi! I’m Sarah, 35, originally from California and have been living in Sydney for 6 years.

Moving from a one bedroom place, so not looking for something already furnished. At the very least would like to have my bed and some furniture of my own.

I’m clean, respectful, independent, and easygoing at home, but I’d love to live with someone who’s also up for the occasional chat, beach walk, dinner, wine, or low-key hang. Not looking for a party house - more of a warm, peaceful home with good communication and mutual respect.

I work in engineering/business development, and outside of work I’m into dance, yoga, reading, art, beach walks, wellness, and coffee. I also have a very sweet cat, so I’m looking for someone who would be happy living with a cat.
