Hi, my name is İhsan Yılmaz. I’m a student currently studying English on the Gold Coast and I work in Coolangatta, so I’m looking for a clean, quiet place in Coolangatta or somewhere with easy access to Coolangatta.

I mostly use the house just for sleeping and cooking. During the day I’m either at school or at work, so I spend very little time at home.

I’m a respectful, clean and organised person. I always keep shared areas tidy and respect other people’s privacy and space.

I’m financially stable and can move in within the next two weeks. I also have enough savings to cover the bond and rent.
