I am a almost 30-year old looking for a private room ideally in Elwood, Brighton, Port Melbourne but also open to Footscray, Brighton, or Richmond.

I am a free-spirited, animal/nature loving person who enjoys yoga, exploring, and anything creative. I work full-time remotely and value that I can work anywhere with wifi; I am am working professional entrepreneur that runs a business in digital marketing. So I am either home working or at a coffee shop or library. I am not a partier at all, so I'm not drinking or smoking by lifestyle choice, and I am looking to live with other females that share the same values. I am social but also value and respect quiet time. Some other values I live by are mutual respect, integrity, tidiness, healthy lifestyle, kindness, making a house a home.

Amenities I am looking for:
* Close to shopping/stores/cafe/food (as I do not have a car)
* Furnished with a bed
* Close to tram/transportation
* Shared or private bathroom with bathtub (need a bathtub unless within walking distance to the beach)
* Clean spacious space
* Lots of light
* Must be female-only house

Budget: Between $325-$380 pw (if on the higher end, would like bills included)
