I am a full-time professional in the engineering field who has recently relocated to Perth for a new role. Outside of work, I like going to the gym, Latin music and dance, and cozying up with a good book.

As a roommate, I enjoy being with people who are easygoing yet responsible, respectfully communicate with others and value a peaceful and well-maintained home. I live a clean lifestyle and don't party, so you'll get plenty of privacy, alone time and minimal distractions.

Ideally looking for a place that is well connected with public transport and within 30 minutes of the CBD. A private bathroom would be a bonus but I can be flexible.
