I'm a 23-year-old guy who works full time in Docklands. My ideal house vibe is social but not hectic - just a place where you can relax, chat, have fun and a knockoff beer at the end of the week. I'm always keen if people want to have parties or gatherings at the house with the understanding and respect that I work full-time during the week. Ideally a clean house would be great but I'm not the type to get hung up on dirty dishes.

I enjoys playing music, reading, camping, snowboarding, bushwalking, concerts, pub trivia, and bars. I'm not a smoker and don't have pets or kids. I have also lived in a share house before.

Ideally, I am looking for a furnished bedroom and a place that I can move into no later than August 7th.
