Hey guys! Moving over to Perth from the East Coast for a fresh start, a lifestyle reset, and to submerge myself in a fast paced, high-frequency environment. I am 25 years old, entrepreneur and sales/business consultant and live a highly disciplined, active lifestyle.

My immediate personal goals over here are all about growth and grounding - pushing past adversity, training hard, getting out into WA's incredible nature and locking into my new DnB project (wouldn't want to miss out on saying "I knew FP\s before he blew up"). At 6'8", I'm usually the tallest guy in the room, but I keep my actual lifestyle footprint exceptionally quiet, calm, and low-key.

I am a big believer that a home should be a sanctuary. I am looking for a household that feels like a team—where people are driven, respectful, and appreciate good energy. But I'm more of a giver then a reciver so what do I bring to our spot?

Immaculate Spaces: I genuinely love keeping a pristine, organized environment. Common areas will always be left spotless.

Grounded Energy: I am emotionally independent, highly accountable, and bring a mature, drama-free vibe to the house. I value deep, intelligent conversations just as much as I respect everyone's need for quiet personal space.

Zero Logistical Friction: I travel exceptionally light with just a suitcase and a duffel bag. No bulky furniture or moving truck delays.

I am landing in Perth, staying centrally, and am completely ready to inspect rooms and meet you guys on Monday or Tuesday, hell maybe even Sunday arvo. I have my bond and rent fully prepared to transfer on the spot for the right match.
