Before contacting me please be aware that I have a specific criteria I am looking for -

-Own bathroom/ensuite
-Covered parking for a motorbike/somewhere to store my tools and camping gear
-Preferably no further than 15mins from Marketown Newcastle West

I work in business admin in Newcastle and also study part time mainly on weekends and of the evening. So I have a reliable, steady income.

I'm very clean, respectful of everyone's work schedules, but I'm always down for a casual chat, beach walk, or grabbing a bite to eat/drink on the weekend.

I enjoy riding my motorcycle, cooking, gym and wellness.
