I’m easy-going, respectful and pretty low maintenance. I work full-time Monday to Friday in a professional role, train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu most evenings, and value a clean, relaxed home to come back to.

I’m considerate of shared spaces, clean up after myself, pay bills and rent on time, and communicate openly if anything comes up. I’m always happy to have a chat, cook a meal together or grab a coffee, but I also respect everyone’s personal space and routines.

I’m relocating to Sydney for work and looking for a place with friendly, like-minded housemates who appreciate a tidy, respectful and drama-free home.
