Hey! I'm looking for a place in Sydney; my housemate is upgrading or downgrading, in my opinion, to solo living as he reaches his thirties (he's still young in soul tho)

A bit about me: I have a background in sales, entrepreneurship, and—fun fact—I used to be a competitive sailing athlete. These days, I’m focused on my career, but I still live for the outdoors and love a kitesurfing session on windy days.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me planning my next travel adventure, heading out for a hike, or hosting a weekend BBQ. I’m clean, reliable, and respect everyone's downtime, but I’d love to find a house where we can share a casual drink, a meal, or a chat now and then.

Working 5 days a week in the office, so probably won't be home much during the week!
