Hi, my name's Craig (49) and I'm looking for somewhere new to place down roots and start work again :) I've been a professional painter and decorator for decades so I'm looking for a new job after living rural for a while.

My maximum budget is $250 a week including utilities and have never been late on rent. I'm not fussed on location as long as it's close to public transport and the shops. I can provide 100 points ID (flatmates likes to give me trouble lol)

I keep to myself for the most part but I'm happy for a laugh if you're keen! I always keep my spaces tidy and clean as I go so there's no worries in that regard. I'm a pretty relaxed person and spend my free time cooking, watching movies, or tinkering with electronics. I have a daughter too (she's fully grown so no toddler tantrums haha), so if you're comfortable it'd be nice to have her over every now and then.
