My name is Michal (31), and I’ve recently moved to Melbourne from the countryside to return to study. I’m currently completing my Bachelor of Science at RMIT. Before moving, I worked as an education support officer, and I am now supplementing my savings with Austudy and rent assistance, so rent and bills will always be paid reliably on time. I am also looking for short term tutoring work at the moment to supplement my income.

I’m a low-maintenance, clean, and respectful housemate who values a peaceful home environment, especially when studying. That said, I’m always up for a chat over coffee or a casual house dinner. In my downtime, I love going for runs, reading, miniature painting, and playing board games. I can bring Settlers of Catan, Chess, and a friendly competitive spirit to the house.

I have a highly stable rental history, having spent 11 months at my current residence and 7 years at the one prior to that. I'm looking to move around mid to late July and am aiming for a 6 to 12 month stay—though potentially longer, as I have 3 to 4 years left of my degree.
