Hi! We’re Quiana and Joey, a quiet, easygoing couple moving from New Zealand to Sydney to work full-time and be closer to family.
I’m a veterinary nurse, so I absolutely love animals. If you have any furry family members, that’s definitely a bonus! We’ll be missing our own dogs, who will be staying in New Zealand until we’ve saved enough to get our own place and bring them over.
Joey works in warehousing and is into all things machinery. He’s also very handy and always happy to lend a hand if something around the house needs fixing.
We’re looking for a comfortable place to call home while we settle into Sydney and save towards getting our own place. We enjoy relaxed nights in, movie nights, cooking, going to the gym and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We’re always up for a walk, a gym session, or the occasional BBQ and drink together with flat mates, but we’re definitely not heavy party people.
We love a good laugh and some friendly banter, while also respecting everyone’s privacy, personal space and boundaries. We’re clean, considerate, reliable, pay our bills on time, and are easy to live with. We’re hoping to find a welcoming home with like-minded people and hopefully make some great friends along the way!
