Hiya! My husband (British, 36) and I (Kiwi, 34) are on the hunt for long-term accommodation in and around the Randwick, Zetland, Waterloo, Surry Hills areas. We are currently sub-leasing an apartment in Waterloo until the beginning of September, and would love to stay around this area! We have recently relocated to Sydney from Tauranga, New Zealand. We both work full time here in Sydney and enjoy outdoor hobbies that keep us busy in our free time. We’re both non-smokers, no pets or children.

Ideally we’re after a furnished apartment with a secure carpark as Ben has a work vehicle.

We are clean, tidy, respectful, and would treat any place as if it were our own. We own and lease a property in NZ so understand the importance of finding good, reliable tenants. References can also be provided.
